In January 2021, Nicole founded Magnolia Grace Senior Care, carrying with her more than 25 years in the medical field. She ran two in-home daycares on military bases, assisted countless families in their search for the perfect nanny, and has always answered the call to help children, the elderly, and the special needs community. Many friends and clients have cheekily called her the “GOAT” (Greatest Of All Time) of elderly and child care. 

Nicole strives to carry on the legacy of love and sacrifice that originated from her grandmother, mother of 14 children, Frankie Mae Moore. She always said she hoped to have half of what she did, and now as a mother of 7, Nicole is living out her dream and carrying the torch her grandmother passed. She vividly remembers her grandmother’s homemade biscuits and fried chicken, but more importantly, her  labor of love was unquestionable and meant everything to her as a little girl. Her beloved life of service to others, passed down directly to Nicole and is clear to see in all that she does with Magnolia Grace Senior Care and its sister company Magnolia Village Nannies.

What sets Nicole and Magnolia Grace apart from the rest is the hands-on approach she takes with each and every client that joins the Magnolia family. She makes a point to visit each and every family, in person, and takes an active approach to her business by performing periodic visits. She understands this is your loved one, and the difficult process of securing care for your family member as they age gracefully in the comfort of their own home.
